Emerging Talent Centre – What It Is

Emerging Talent Centre

The FA Girls' England Talent Pathway, Emerging Talent Centre (ETC) was created for the 2022/23 Season. The main purpose of an Emerging Talent Centre is Talent ID: To identify and develop future potential players by providing local, accessible high-quality training environments

We hold the main trials in July each season and have open trials during October and February half terms. The ETC currently runs at U12, U14 and U16 this season and we have an U10 Training Development Centre which runs alongside the ETC.

Please contact Jemma.Tewkesbury@dorsetfa.com or 01202 688279 for more information.

What Is The DCFA Youth CORE Group?

This is a training group which has been created for U18 referees who are keen to gain more experience and opportunities within the game. It is linked to both the FA National CORE groups for referees in adult football and the FA ETP Referee groups for female referees. If you are interested in joining this group, please contact the Dorset FA.
