The Dorset Walking Football League is looking for new teams for the 2023/24 season.

MENS

It's been another successful season for the League, with Amesbury WF winning the over-50s League and Bournemouth Reds winning the over-60s League.

We are looking for more teams to join the League, whether you have an established walking football group or have a few friends who are keen to get together and form a new team to join.

Currently, there is an over-50s and an over-60s League but it is under constant review and if there are enough teams in other age groups interested, we will start a new League. The Dorset Walking Football League was formed in 2018 with just 5 teams and we have grown from that to a group of 14 teams.

LADIES

The Dorset Walking Football League are planning to set up a Ladies League in the next few months so if you have interest in joining a team, let us know. We are holding an Open Day at the Purbeck Centre, Worget Road, Wareham, BH20 4PH on Sunday 3 September 2023 from 1.30pm. If you would like to try walking football, just come along.
