Then join us for a Pitch & Groundsman Awareness Evening for information on improving your pitches, reducing compaction, funding, maintenance machinery demonstrations and packages, portable floodlighting etc.

Find out what funding is available to help you improve the quality of your pitches, refurbish/improve existing facilities, floodlighting, goalposts etc and how to apply.

Simon Johnson    IOG Regional Pitch Advisor

Simon will talk to you about how to deliver the best pitch for your budget. With top tips on general maintenance to ensure that your pitch is in the best condition and tell you about the Pitch Improvement Programme.

Noel McKenzie   Rigby Taylor

Noel is from Rigby Taylor the leading turf care and grounds maintenance company and the preferred supplier of the FA. Noel will share with you his knowledge and experiences on how to reduce compaction and keep pitches playable throughout the season.

Nick Clarke    New Forest Farm Machinery - Turf Sales Director

We are please to welcome Nick from New Forest Farm Machinery of Ringwood who will provide you with expert advice on the best types of machinery to use to improve your pitch quality with practical demonstrations to show you the impact that using the right tools for the job can have. Also to be unveiled will be a new machinery package that will cover all your pitch care needs.

Simon Moore     Fleet Line Markers

Simon is the Area Sales Manager for Fleet Line Markers. In 2017-18 we were pleased to have Fleet Line Markers sponsor the Dorset FA Groundsman of the Year Awards, which they have agreed to continue into the 2018-19 season. Simon will be discussing the types of paint that can be used to line mark your pitch to maximise coverage and longevity. Dorset FA affiliated clubs can also receive discounted prices on pitch paints from Fleet Line Markers.
