Club Affiliation 2018-2019
The Dorset County Football Association Affiliation Window opens on Wednesday 16 May 2018.
The Affiliation process must be completed by 1 July 2018, failure to do so may result in a late fine (the league in which your teams play may require your affiliation number some time before this date). Should your club not know which particular division of a League you are playing, this may affect your affiliation category so please keep us informed.
Club Secretaries can login to their Club Portal using your NPD/FAN Number or your registered email address.
Affiliation Help: when you open the Affiliation Portal there are three help resources: a Club Affiliation Video, a Guidance Manual and a FAQ Document. For anyone unfamiliar with the online affiliation process I would recommend you view the video. As always Clubs may contact the County Office Staff for additional help if they so wish
New Secretary: If your club has a new Secretary for the coming season, please login to the portal and amend the details.
New This Season: In addition to the Club Secretary, Chairman and Welfare Officer, The Club Treasurer is also required to do the FA Safeguarding for Committee Members before Affiliation can be completed.
