In Powerplay’s latest 9-a-side event at The County Ground, we saw our most competitive event yet!
 
Six teams battled through the group stage, with Stoinkers and Academy TV advancing to the final at the end of the night. After a tense game, it was Stoinkers who were victorious on penalty kicks. 
 
Having run seven events so far in the 2023/24 season, we have now had seven different winners, showing how competitive the event is. 
 
Powerplay and Dorset FA run a monthly, Sunday evening tournament on the stunning 3G pitches at The County Ground in Hamworthy. With a 9-a-side format it’s something different for teams to get involved in, with players committing for one evening at a time meaning little commitment but maximum enjoyment!
