Re-launch of the Dorset FA Youth Council 2018-19 Season

Dorset FA is re-launching the DCFA Youth Council and is seeking passionate and proactive young people (aged 16-24) across Dorset.

In Dorset we have nearly 500 youth teams that provide footballing opportunities for young people, involving coaching, playing, marketing/social media, refereeing and volunteering within clubs and leagues. We hope to utilise this passion and talent to give young people a voice to develop and improve the standards in grassroots football in Dorset.

Applications are welcome from various facets of the game in the County. This includes players, coaches, referees, administrators – in fact anyone who is involved with the game!

Applicants will need to be committed to attending and actively participating in all Youth Council meetings. All members must demonstrate willingness to actively participate in the work of the group and have or be willing to obtain an in-date FA CRC and Safeguarding Children Workshop.

In return for you contributing your time and experience in football with us, we will support your development and each member of the Youth Council will have their own personal development plan.
