FA Licensed Coaches Club As part of The FA’s commitment to supporting coaches (at all levels of the game), to enable continuous learning and ensure it is accessible to everyone, membership to The FA Licensed Coaches’ Club is now being offered for FREE via www.thefa.com/licensedcoachesclub.

Licensed Coaches must meet the following criteria:
• Hold a recognised and valid English/ UEFA coaching qualification
• Have an FA enhanced CRB/DBS check (Youth coaches only)
• Commit to a minimum level of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) every year
• Retain in-date Safeguarding Children and Emergency Aid certificates

Hours Accredited: 2 hours
Level: 1 & 2
Led by our team of FA Skills Coaches, the workshop will offer practical ideas around coaching players within the various stages of Mini Soccer (5v5, 7v7). The workshop will reinforce the key messages at this stage of players development and offer a number of sessions that coaches can use within their own Clubs.

Tuesday 9 September 2014 – The Future Game: 4 Corners of Player Development @ Parley Sports FC  6.30pm – 9.30pm
Hours Accredited: 2 hours
Level: 1 & 2
The evening will look at the four corner model of Long Term Player Development and how to support the children’s learning ‘holistically’ rather than just football. The workshop will combine a mixture of theoretical and practical content, and will be led by Martin Dighton (FA Regional Coach Development Manager 5-11)
