FA Licensed Coaches Club As part of The FA’s commitment to supporting coaches (at all levels of the game), to enable continuous learning and ensure it is accessible to everyone, membership to The FA Licensed Coaches’ Club is now being offered for FREE via www.thefa.com/licensedcoachesclub.

Licensed Coaches must meet the following criteria:
• Hold a recognised and valid English/ UEFA coaching qualification
• Have an FA enhanced CRB/DBS check (Youth coaches only)
• Commit to a minimum level of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) every year
• Retain in-date Safeguarding Children and Emergency Aid certificates

Daniel Greenough – FA Vauxhall Youth Officer, will lead the workshop focussing on Coaching Teenagers; primarily: 
- Developing an understanding of the modern teenager
- Coaching practices that engage and develop players in accordance with The FA 4 Corner model, with a focus on the social & psychological corner
- How to develop an environment to provide ownership and empowerment for teenagers

Wednesday 22nd April 2015 @ Blandford School 6pm - 9pm England DNA and it's role within Grassroots

Hours Accredited: 3 hours

Level: 1 & 2

Cost: FREE

The three hour evening workshop will look through both theory and practical of the newly announced England DNA and what it means to those involved in grassroots football.  The England DNA was recently launched at the FA Licensed Coaches Conference at St Georges Park and now we would like to bring it out to the grassroots game.  The session will also look at the how the DNA was developed and ways to create a philosophy of your own as a coach and a club.
