Licensed Coaches must meet the following criteria:
• Hold a recognised and valid English/ UEFA coaching qualification
• Have an FA enhanced CRB/DBS check (Youth coaches only)

This workshop will offer an insight into the workings of a Professional Football Clubs Academy. The workshop gives coaches an insight into the important area of observing and intervening in practice and/or games. Coaches will be provided with ideas that will help determine what is happening and what they can do to help effect improvements in performance of their players. The workshop will be a mixture of both theory and practical opportunities highlighting the need to observe/intervene effectively. The workshop will be led by Regional Coach Development Manager (5-11) Martin Dighton.

Wednesday 22nd April 2015 @ Blandford School 6pm - 9pm England DNA and it's role within Grassroots

The three hour evening workshop will look through both theory and practical of the newly announced England DNA and what it means to those involved in grassroots football.  The England DNA was recently launched at the FA Licensed Coaches Conference at St Georges Park and now we would like to bring it out to the grassroots game.  The session will also look at the how the DNA was developed and ways to create a philosophy of your own as a coach and a club.
