Dorset FA would like to give its member Clubs at Step 7 and below the opportunity to nominate their groundsman to be put forward for these celebrated awards.
Last year’s Step 7 and below winner was Malcolm Gardner of British Airways FC (Middlesex FA). Malcolm joined the successful Premier League and Football League groundsman at a National awards ceremony held at Windsor Racecourse, collecting his award from hosts Mark Lawrenson and Ray Stubbs.
The closing date for nominations to Dorset FA for the 2010 Awards is Monday 15th February 2010.
Nomination forms can be downloaded on the right hand side of this page and should be returned to Gary Knight, Dorset FA, Blandford Close, Hamworthy, Poole, Dorset, BH15 4BF or email gary.knight@dorsetfa.com.
Please note that nominations should only be considered where the groundsman is a member of the Club. Therefore, Clubs cannot be included where the pitch is maintained by an external contractor or maintainence company.
