The 24 Coaches from a host of Dorset Clubs were given a brief introduction into how best to prepare their teams for making the move into the bigger stage.
The coaches then participated practically in being led by Alan led through a range of practical topics; covering defending principles, playing out from the back, and zonal games; all that can aid in their young players transition into the 11 v 11 game.
Feedback from those attending was very good and I am sure that every coach gained at least one new piece of information or practice to utilise within their own Club environment.
