An exclusive event for members of the DCFA Coaches Association took place on Wednesday 18th February 2009; as 38 coaches attended the Academy at Southampton Football Club.
Matt Crocker (Academy Manager) opened the event in the players Media Centre where he explained the Clubs philosophy and structure.
Terry Moore and Dave Puckett (Assistant Academy Managers) then led the coaches through some practical sessions that the Club use with their young players, utilising the state of the art facilities that the Club have. The evening concluded with an open forum over refreshments where coaches posed questions of the Academy staff.
