Across the county the skills team have been visiting FA Charter Standard Clubs to work alongside club coaches and volunteer parents. So far the team has visited over 15 FA Charter Standard Clubs and delivering to over 35 teams. FA Charter Standard Clubs can access free a four week block of visits to witness differing methods of delivery, football activities and fundamental ideas.
Skills Coaches can work with any team within the 5-11 age bracket and provide resources to clubs to further enhance their knowledge of working with this age group for all future delivery. All clubs worked with have been receptive to the ideas put forward by the skills team and are already looking forward to the next visits.
