Over twenty adult teams with a disability from the South West participated, competing in the Regional League. Teams involved during the day travelled far and wide from the South West; sides consisted of representatives from Bristol Rovers, Callington, Cheltenham Town, Free Spirits, Horizon Club, Keynsham Town Mencap, Lufton College Plymouth Argyle, Purbeck Panthers, Team Star and Team SG.
Each team battled it out in their respective divisions playing each other once; Championship division playing 7v7 and the League division playing 5v5.
Dorset appointed Referees; Paul Ayley, Glenn Barter, Kelvin Day, Shane Duggan and Chris Pike played a key part in the days success as they experienced there first time officiating in disability football.
Dorset FA would like to express thanks to all involved in the day as players now look forward to their next meeting on the 18 November in Devon.
