Wheelchair Football
Interested in playing/coaching/organising/refereeing wheelchair football?? Whatever your ability, whatever your background, if you want to get involved come along on:
Sessions run every Friday evening at Verwood Leisure Centre (Chiltern Drive, Verwood, BH31 6UQ) from 6.00pm-7.00pm.
Whether manual or powerchair or even pushed, all are welcome! Parents/Carers/Friends/Siblings are welcome to come along and support. Whether you are looking to try something new, meet some new friends, get fit or just play some football then come along! Sessions cost just £2 per player.
New Deaf Football Team (Poole Town FC)
Poole Town FC Wessex are looking to establish a Deaf Football Team in partnership with the organisation Sign IT! and support from Dorset County Football Association. The group will be for males aged 16+ who are deaf or have a hearing impairment. Training subs will be just £2 per week, plus a small club membership fee for the whole year. Training sessions run:
Monday Evenings at Ashdown Leisure Centre (Astro-turf) from 6.00pm-7.00pm.

Deaf Friendly Football Festival
Come along to this FREE football festival for children and young people, aged between 8 and 16, who are hearing impaired or deaf. Whatever your ability, if you are keen to play football then this is for you!
Sunday 31 January 2010 at Carter Community Sports Hall (Blandford Close, Hamworthy, Poole, BH15 4BQ) 2.00pm-4.00pm.
Friends, family and siblings are welcome along for the afternoon, children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. For more information please don't hesitate to get in contact.
